Incryption in transit
128-bit SSL/TLS encryption is used to encrypt communication between you and our servers. For data transmission to and from the application servers, we use industry-standard encryption.

Data Encryption
All sensitive data is encrypted. All user passwords are securely hashed; passwords are never stored in plain text.

Access Control
All access to our production infrastructure is restricted to authorized people and needs multi-factor authentication. We restrict access to client data to workers who require it to provide assistance and troubleshooting on behalf of the customer.

Vulnerability Scanning & Patching
We periodically check and apply patches for third-party software/services. As and when vulnerabilities are discovered we apply the fixes within pre-defined SLAs.

Security Training
All Brainspace employees must complete a security training program created specifically for a cloud-hosted environment. It includes industry best practices for phishing, passwords, attachments, and other human-based attack vectors.
